    I have a need to snack… nothing wrong with that, but I MUST choose healthy to try to lose weight and STAY healthy ☝️ Oh my goodness, I am so glad I decided to try this mix. Doesn’t matter to me how big the seeds are. I am getting the nutrition I need, the tastes that I love and the crunch that I crave. I will be getting a bigger bag as my next order. This company has just gained a long time customer.
